Please be aware that the parent/legal guardian bringing your child to our office is responsible for payment of services rendered that day.
We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, and Mastercard. Our office will also submit claims to most dental insurance companies as a courtesy.
We accept all other insurance plans as out of network.
It is important that you are familiar with your and bring the necessary insurance information or cards to your child’s appointment.
Many claims are not paid in their entirety by the insurance company. Our office has no control over what your insurance company will cover. Ultimately, you are responsible for your account.
