Dr. Michelle (Hyejin) Rhee completed the seven-year accelerated BS/DDS program through the University of Hartford and New York University College of Dentistry, earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from NYU. She then completed a one-year General Practice Residency at NewYork-Presbyterian Queens Hospital.
Dr. Rhee brings years of diverse clinical experience, having trained and practiced dentistry across the United States, Canada, and South Korea, including experience as both an associate dentist and a practice owner. Throughout her career, she has enjoyed caring for patients of all ages and has developed a particular passion for working with children. She strives to make each dental visit comfortable, positive, and encouraging for both children and their families.
Dr. Rhee is married to Dr. David Kang, and together they are proud parents to their son, Justin. Their family is delighted to call Grand Rapids home and enjoys being part of its warm, welcoming, and family-oriented community. Dr. Rhee is excited to continue caring for children and families at Pediatric Dentistry of Michigan.
